The tetrahedron, octahedron, hexahedron (cube), dodecahedron and icosahedron are the only perfect solid geometric figures that exist. These models are constructed of 1/8 inch (3.175 mm) diameter steel rod. All the edges are 3 inches (76.2 mm) long. They are bronze welded at the vertices and are very strong. They can be handled repeatedly without concern. There are no sharp edges. I have made many sets for classrooms and hands-on museums. I guarantee the construction for the rest of this millenium.

Steel models make excellent soap frames. They can be fabricated with steel handles for an additional charge. This makes for easier use by students in classrooms or museums. Security cables can be included also.
